PROJECT: Ecole Renganaden Seeneevassen, Cassis

Objective: Personalised learning support For over five years, Cim Finance has supported Ecole Renganaden Seeneevassen through a sustained, systematic approach, assisting both students and educators. Early initiatives included sponsoring educator training such as Leader in Me and Jolly Phonics, providing school materials, revamping the library, running reading programmes across all grades, and organising educational tours with Clavis International School. Remedial classes for Grades 5 and 6 and community events like Christmas celebrations enriched the learning environment. This past year, our support deepened with after-school remedial classes, offering small group, personalised attention to help students keep up with the curriculum. To tackle high absenteeism on Mondays and Fridays, a liaison officer conducted home visits and engaged with parents. Children facing learning or personal challenges received support from an on-site psychologist, while three additional resource staff provided targeted help in weaker subjects. A school van ensured safe transportation, and eye screenings with glasses removed barriers to learning. Through this long-term, hands-on engagement, Cim Finance helps students overcome obstacles, improve academic performance, and gain the tools they need for personal growth and future success.
