Performance Highlights

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION Contracts delivered digitally increased from 81% in FY 2023 to 84% in FY 2025, further reducing reliance on paper-based processes. TOTAL PAPER CONSUMPTION Avoided paper consumption rose from 7,560 kg to 14,218 kg, translating into a significant 88% improvement from previous years as we continue to advance the digitalisation of our administrative processes.
