FY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS
DIGITAL LEARNING ENHANCEMENTS We upgraded our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver a more engaging and accessible learning experience and better track employee progress across the organisation. New awareness courses addressed critical topics to safeguard Cim Finance’s operational and reputational integrity, while regulatory training incorporated real-life case scenarios from the financial year, ensuring practical application on the job. The learning calendar was also redesigned to maintain continuous engagement, providing structured time for self-paced and blended learning opportunities across digital and in-person formats.
