FY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS

CULTURE COMPASS As part of our annual leadership development, the Senior Management team participated in a retreat designed to strengthen alignment around Cim Finance’s purpose and values. The interactive workshop enabled leaders to connect on a shared vision, clarify priorities, and explore how their decisions and behaviours drive culture throughout the organisation. The retreat also provided an opportunity for leaders to build stronger working relationships through wellness activities and team experiences, all set against an inspiring beachfront environment.

OUTCOME The retreat reinforced a sense of interconnectedness, equipping our leaders to champion the culture we aim to embed across Cim Finance.

FY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS

CIM CAPABILITIES ACADEMY To become an employer of choice, Cim Finance invests in equipping new employees with both foundational business knowledge and the skills to grow professionally. The Cim Capabilities Academy provides a strong foundation to new entrants, helping them transition smoothly into the organisation and succeed in their roles. Learning is continuously enhanced to bridge the gap between classroom training and practical, on-the-job application. For the 2025 cohort, 50 recruits participated in a three-day programme covering product knowledge, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity awareness, and a strong focus on customer service and customer centricity. The selection process was strengthened with Assessment Centres, ensuring candidates’ potential was first rigorously evaluated. Collaboration across departments, particularly between Consumer Finance and Human Resources, ensured that content was practical, relevant, and applied directly to front-line roles.
