FY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS
MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP SERIES In FY 2025, we advanced our strength-based management and leadership initiatives across middle and senior management, aiming for a consistent approach to managing teams across Cim Finance. Building on our strengths-based journey that began in 2021, we partnered with Gallup Certified Coaches to deliver the annual Manager Bootcamp for 10 newly promoted managers. The programme focused on strengthening team dynamics and integrating insights from the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement survey. The programme went beyond technical skills, concentrating on team functionality, generational dynamics, and how managers can work more effectively with diverse teams. Extensive profiling helped us understand each employee’s strengths, development areas, and management style, enabling more tailored support and alignment across teams. Tailored sessions addressed the specific needs of different management cohorts, ensuring all managers received targeted guidance to enhance their leadership capabilities and team effectiveness. OUTCOME Managers gained practical tools to lead effectively, understand team dynamics, and embed CARING in their daily interactions.
