STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE •

Continuous learning at Cim Finance is a mindset, not just a programme. Curiosity, continuous improvement, and the drive to deepen our knowledge are embedded in our culture, keeping our people updated and agile in a fast-moving industry. Learning goes beyond mandatory compliance and regulatory requirements, encompassing both digital and in-person opportunities across various mediums. Through a blended approach – including an e-learning library of over 3,000 self-paced modules, practical experiences, and knowledge-sharing sessions – employees take ownership of their growth and development.

FY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS

ACE Cim GRADUATE PROGRAMME The ACE Cim Graduate Programme is Cim Finance’s one year initiative designed to Accelerate, Cultivate, and Excel the professional potential of fresh graduates. In FY 2025, we welcomed ten graduates as part of the programme’s second cohort. Participants followed a rotational journey across key functions - Technology, Control, and Operations - gaining hands-on experience, cross-departmental insights, and exposure to real business challenges. Graduates attended Impact Players masterclasses led by Gallup-certified trainers and completed the Clifton Strengths assessment, helping them understand and optimise their individual strengths. The programme also allows up to two rotations based on personal interests, enabling graduates to make informed career decisions.

OUTCOME Graduates are better prepared for professional roles, and 11 graduates from the 2024 cohort were offered permanent roles at Cim Finance.
