FY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS

STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE • Employee engagement is about connection: how strongly people feel linked to their work, their teams, and our mission. We nurture this connection through regular surveys, feedback channels, and open conversation, ensuring our employees’ voices shape our priorities and actions. When people feel heard and involved, they bring more clarity, energy, and purpose to their roles. That sense of ownership translates into better customer experiences and more consistent progress toward Cim Finance’s strategic goals.

BECOMING AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE FY2025 marked our fourth year using Gallup, the global analytics and advisory firm, to assess employee engagement across Cim Finance. Our engagement score rose to 86%, reflecting the positive momentum created through stronger leadership practices, clearer communication, and a more connected employee experience. While Gallup continues to offer valuable insight into engagement levels and organisational strengths, we recognise that becoming a true employer of choice requires a broader view of culture and our work environment. This year, we began putting in place a more holistic approach so that we can further strengthen trust, pride, camaraderie and inclusivity across the organisation. As part of this effort, we plan to carry out a comprehensive culture audit to establish a clear baseline and identify the shifts needed to reinforce the environment we want to build. This integrated approach will guide our long term ambition: creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow meaningful careers at Cim Finance.
