FY 2025 was a year focused on revamping our purpose and strengthening Cim Finance’s culture. Building a strong culture is a long-term effort: it requires understanding where we are today, listening closely, and gradually shaping behaviours and mindsets across the organisation. Through surveys, focus groups, and interactive discussions, we captured employees’ perspectives on what has worked, where gaps remain, and which behaviours to prioritise. These insights informed the development of a three-year programme, structured around the four strategic pillars below. This foundational work is vital and lays the groundwork for a broader culture refresh planned for FY 2026. It ensures that Cim Finance continues to nurture the behaviours, values and mindset needed to strengthen our employee experience and position the organisation as an employer of choice.
