Our people are at the heart of everything we do: their talent, skills, and daily commitment enable the organisation to deliver on its purpose of making finance accessible, responsible, and transformative. Putting people first ensures employees are supported, engaged, and equipped to contribute fully to the business, our clients, and the wider community. FY 2025 was a pivotal year, not only in laying the foundations of a strong Cim culture, but also in redefining our purpose and core values to position Cim Finance for success in a rapidly evolving environment. This strategic refresh ensures we are ready to meet the challenges and opportunities of the years ahead. We moved from scattered efforts to more structured, coordinated programmes that align with our purpose and day-to-day operations. While the programme provides a coherent framework, it also remains flexible enough to adapt to emerging priorities and the evolving needs of our workforce. This year, for instance, particular emphasis was placed on wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), along with tailored career development. This reinforces our commitment to a culture where caring and growth are central to everything we do.
