FY 2025 Highlights
WHOLE PERSON WELLNESS •
Wellness is about caring for the whole person–body, mind, and spirit. This year, we reinforced that commitment by recruiting a Wellness Specialist to design and roll out programmes that truly support our employees’ wellbeing. • From cancer screenings for 185 women and 17 men, to preventive blood tests for 458 staff, flu vaccinations, and blood donation drives contributing 110 pints, we ensure physical health is prioritised. Our partnership with Artemis extends personalised services to over 200 employees, offering services from check-ups and aesthetic treatments, to dedicated wellness support. • We also nurture mind-body balance through activities like Tai Chi, yoga, Zumba, and wellness talks. Mental health support was extended, with our dedicated psychologist visiting sub-offices across our retail network, and sessions reaching 150 employees in Mauritius and Rodrigues. Leadership teams also engaged in Entrainment and Resonance sessions at Ravenala Hotel. OUTCOME Strengthened employee wellbeing and engagement, fostering a healthier, happier, more productive workforce.

“Being recognised at the MoRecognition event was a great honour. It reminded me that our work matters, not just because of what we do individually, but because of the people we work with, and what we are building together. That shared purpose pushes me to keep giving my best and aim for even greater results.”
“It’s so rewarding to know that our work does not go unnoticed, and even more so to experience it within a team that collaborates the way we do. This recognition is not just a personal milestone; it’s a shared achievement with my colleagues, and a reflection of what can be accomplished when we work as one.”
