JEAN-NOËL NANAPRAGASSEN HEAD OF DIGITAL CHANNELS & PRODUCTS

Jean-Noël was appointed as Head of Digital Channels & Products in January 2024. Prior to this position, he was Senior Manager of the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) where he successfully drove the digital related strategies of Cim Finance. Before being appointed to this role, Jean-Noël spearheaded initiatives within the Cards & Payments Team, advancing from Manager to Senior Manager of the eCommerce Acquiring team and later assuming the role of Cards Operations Manager. Prior to joining Cim Finance in 2014, he was at Bardo Mauritius Ltd, a Payment Service Provider, where he ascended from Sales Manager to Sales and Business Development Manager. In 2013, he led the establishment of Bardo Kenya in Nairobi, Kenya, overseeing operations. Jean-Noël holds a BA International Business Administration from the University of Northumbria (UK) – Malaysian Campus. He is certified as a Product Development Specialist, holds a Project Leadership Certification and is qualified as an Ecommerce Acquiring Specialist.

PRADEEP RAWA HEAD OF TREASURY

VINCENT VALÉRAN HEAD OF INSURANCE Vincent was appointed as Head of Insurance in January 2024. Prior to occupying this position, he was successively Senior Manager from January 2021 to July 2022 and Insurance Designated Officer from July 2022 to January 2024, where he successfully led the Insurance Integration strategies of Cim Finance. With over 15 years of diverse experience in insurance, automobile, banking, and strategic execution, Vincent held key positions at ABC Group of Companies before joining Cim Finance, where he led Retail Operations, Corporate affairs and Aftersales Service in the financial cluster up to December 2020. He also worked at AI Broker & Consultant Ltd as Underwriting Manager from January 2017 to November 2018 and Commercial Underwriter at Swan General Ltd from April 2014 to December 2016. Vincent holds a Certificate in Frontline Management and a Diploma in Business Management from the Challenger Institute of Technology, Western Australia, and a Master 2 Professionnel Gestion de l’Entreprise à l’International from Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He is also a Certified Insurance Professional accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and a member of the Insurance Institute of Mauritius.

Pradeep joined Cim Finance in September 2009 as Treasurer, where he successfully set up the Treasury Function. He was promoted to Manager, followed by Senior Manager, before being appointed as Head of Treasury of the Group. As the current Head of Treasury, Pradeep is responsible for leading the Group’s relationships with its banking partners and investors in Mauritius. Pradeep has more than 23 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Before joining Cim Finance, he worked at Deutsche Bank Mauritius, prior to which he worked at State Bank of Mauritius Lease Ltd. Pradeep holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Mauritius and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) (UK). He is also a member of MIPA and a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
