ANNE SOPHIE LAN HEW WAH HEAD OF OPERATIONS Anne Sophie was appointed as Head of Operations in January 2024. Before assuming this role, she was a Senior Manager, where she was responsible for leading the shared service management and delivery unit which provides professional services for internal operations and customer request processing. With over 10 years of experience in the leasing and credit operations services sectors, Anne Sophie has honed her skills in overseeing critical operational functions as Operations Manager at Mauritian Eagle Leasing Co. Ltd, and Leasing Officer and Senior Credit Analyst at La Prudence Leasing Finance Co. Ltd. Anne Sophie holds a Master’s Degree in Management & Finance and a Bachelor in Business Management from the University of Montpellier Business School, France, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Management, with a specialisation in Finance and Accounting from the “Institut Universitaire de Technologie” of Montpellier, France.

ROGER LI​ HEAD OF CONSUMER FINANCE Roger joined the Group in 1989 and currently leads the Consumer Finance business at CFSL. With over 36 years of experience spanning Finance, Operations, Collections and Recovery, Leasing, Factoring, Money Lending, Credit Cards, and Hire Purchase, he brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of driving business growth. Under Roger's leadership, Cim Finance has expanded its network of outlets across Mauritius and Rodrigues, optimised existing locations, and broadened its product portfolio to meet evolving customer needs. A strong advocate of digital innovation, he continuously seeks to enhance the customer experience while strengthening financial performance. His strategic vision and deep market insight have been pivotal in forging trusted partnerships with merchants and clients, supporting sustainable growth and long-term success. Roger holds a Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Dip MA).

KWON LI PAK MAN CHIEF RISK OFFICER

Kwon joined Cim Finance as Chief Risk Officer in 2019. He is a seasoned risk professional with a deep understanding of risk discipline. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. With a track record of building resilient and future-ready risk frameworks, Kwon leads the risk management function within the Group, overseeing all risk-related activities including credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks, as well as risk-related strategies, policies and processes. Before joining Cim Finance, Kwon was the Head of Risk at SBM Group, where he was instrumental in implementing an industry-leading risk management framework, which enhanced the Group’s resilience across several countries. He also held various senior positions in Compliance and Treasury Management, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the evolving risk landscape. Kwon holds an MSc in Business Finance from Brunel University London and the ACI Dealing Certificate.
