PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS • We streamlined the approval and onboarding process, enabling factoring facilities to be set up in as little as one week. • Client acquisition has increased through targeted awareness and education campaigns, clarifying how factoring supports cash flow and protects from bad debt. • Improved assessment methods significantly reduced approval time and enhanced overall turnaround efficiency. • The number of domestic factoring clients grew by 15%, reflecting stronger market understanding and uptake. • We increased usage of the Client Manager Portal, giving clients full real-time visibility on transactions, statements, dashboards, and reports.
PRIORITIES FOR FY 2026 • Further reduce approval and onboarding times through enhanced digital processes and refined assessment tools. • Increase adoption of the Client Manager Portal by adding new features that improve visibility, reporting, and client self-service. • Continue developing export factoring capabilities to support clients with overseas operations.
