NICK CHIN​ GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

SUDHEER PRABHU​ GROUP CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER Sudheer is a seasoned technologist with over 33 years of experience in banking and non-banking Technology and Operations. His career spans working with large international banks like ABN AMRO and The Royal Bank of Scotland, in addition to working in the public sector, private sector, and the MNC and banking environments in India. He has been driving the Technology and Digital Strategy along with Cyber Security Strategy of Cim Finance since 2019. Prior to joining Cim Finance, Sudheer served as the Chief Information & Digital Officer at MauBank. There, he played a key role in developing and executing MauBank’s digital strategy, and established market-first products like chatbots and Online Leasing Lending, amongst others. Sudheer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (First Class) from the Karnataka University, India, and a Diploma in Software Technology from NIIT. He has also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus in collaboration with MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School. He is also a junior associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA, Illinois, USA). Sudheer is also a Certified Corporate Director from the Institute of Directors, India. KANNEN PACKIRY POULLÉ GROUP CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE Kannen joined Cim Finance in August 2024 as Group Chief Human Resources Executive. He brings over 20 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience, primarily gained in the hospitality sector, where he built a strong track record in people strategy, organisational culture, and employer branding. Before joining Cim Finance, Kannen served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Attitude Hospitality Management Ltd, overseeing nine properties. Under his leadership, the organisation was recognised as a "Great Place to Work" every year since 2016 and ranked 1 st in Mauritius in 2022, 2023 and 2024. He has also been awarded “Most Influential HR in the Hospitality Sector – Mauritius” (2020) and the “Best Employer Brand Award” (2022). Kannen has also held senior HR roles across renowned hotel brands, including the St. Regis Mauritius, The Grand Mauritian Resort/Westin, and Four Points by Sheraton. Earlier in his career, he spent over two years at Rogers Outsourcing Solutions Ltd – then part of Cim Finance – marking an early connection to the organisation. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Systems, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and a Diploma in Information Technology (DNIIT).

Prior to joining the Group, Nick occupied the position of Head of Finance at ABC Banking Corporation Ltd for nearly seven years, and previously held senior roles at RBS Insurance, UK and Barclays Capital, UK. His experience in the financial sector spans more than 20 years. Nick holds a BSc. First Class Honours in Actuarial Science and an MSc. in Applied Statistics (Oxon). He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cim Group since January 2019.
